edition of 25
currency on heavy cotton paper
3 1/2 x 2 inches (8.9 x 5.1 cm)

What's in your pipe, George??? What's. In. Your. Pipe? Its fragrant emanations so beguiling to agents... so distracting to both bloodhounds and the newfangled electronic sniffers. All evils of smoking accepted and granted, what we've got here, the labcoats assure me, is orders of magnitude worse. And what appears to be a garden variety medicinal or recreational smoking device may, in fact, be much more unwholesome and sinister.

Each of these in an original collage... not a print or reproduction... the same collage hand made over and over again in a limited edition of 25. Its surface is 100% currency collage on Coventry Rag (a 1/32" thick 100% cotton fiber paper). The resulting semi-rigid collage has received 3 coats of acrylic varnish. It is signed on the back, and comes with a signed frame label to aid in future identification and authentication.

The collages are rather rigid and prop up nicely. The front face is pretty durable and the Liquitex varnish touts UV protection. I've seen people magnet them to metal surfaces, pin them to cork board, and sleeve them in 3-ring binders along side other collectibles and ephemera. We DO offer in-house framing is IN THIS STYLE HERE. If you'd like to receive your collage ready to hang in a museum-quality frame, just add one to your cart. Framing may add 2 to 3 weeks to the delivery of your order.
